Mandu, the long standing Korean restaurant owned by Chefs Yesoon and Danny Lee (CHIKO, Anju), is looking to add to our management team. We are looking for an assitant general manager who can work in tandem with our GM and Chefs.We are intereseted in applicants who have knowledge on all aspects of Front of House operations, including but not limited to: scheduling, ordering, inventory, beverage menu developement, etc. Full time availability is required.
